Our Guiding Principles

Welcome to The Light Workers Way.
As we build this website, we share the wisdom we receive with openness and dedication, so that all may embrace the blessings offered to us as Seekers.

Our site serves as a gateway to information and insight, provided by those on the path to greater awareness. We invite you to connect with us, whether through our Circles, Festivals, Workshops, as a client, or simply by exploring the content on our pages. Whatever your preferred way of connecting, you are warmly welcomed.

As Light Workers, we uphold the principle:
“Of benefit to all, with harm to none.”

In a world where unconditional love is rare, we strive to create a space where people genuinely care for your wellbeing. While we acknowledge that we are human and cannot claim perfect success, we remain committed to living up to our ideals.

We are not driven by ego or fear. Instead, we consistently seek to act with fairness and kindness, wishing absolute “Benefit to All” for everyone involved with “The Light Workers Way.”
In line with “With Harm to None,” we have established procedures to protect our Readers, Healers, and visitors. We personally know each of our Readers and Healers, and if any issues arise, we address them promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Our mission is not to judge but to help you see and embrace the highest aspect of yourself, offering love just as you are. We stand for a world community founded on generosity of spirit, enriching lives, and supporting each other through all experiences — both joyful and challenging.
We believe in the shared values of PEACE, PROSPERITY, HEALTH, HAPPINESS, LOVE, and COMMITMENT for all.
With warm regards,
Sheila & Maureen

Our Inspiring Journey

Discover our story and commitment to excellence in just a few lines.

Our Beginnings

The Light Workers Way was founded by Sheila Morgan and Maureen Mallet with a vision to create a community for those within the Spiritual Industry.

In April 2003, we hosted our first festival at a time when opportunities for Psychics, Mediums, and Healers to connect and share their gifts with the broader community were few and far between.

Since then, we have been organising five festivals each year, initially in Somerville, then Tyabb, Mt. Eliza and now in Mornington.

Through The Psychic and Wellbeing Festivals, we have provided mediums, healers, and creatives with the opportunity to practice their craft professionally and passionately.

Our goal has always been to create a safe, nurturing environment that offers the spiritual support and upliftment so needed in today’s busy world.

We’re excited to announce a Psychic Reading Afternoon in Mornington, where you can connect with our trusted and inspiring Readers. Join us for an afternoon of insightful readings as our gifted practitioners share their talents with you.

Meet the Founders

Sheila Morgan

Sheila Morgan embarked on her mediumship journey in 1987. After spending two years in a Psychic Development Circle, she launched her private practice and began offering lectures and demonstrations at Spiritualist Centres in Victoria. With continued training from Kath and Rob Saunders, Sheila established her own Circles in 1994, supported by their blessing. She now leads four Psychic and Wellbeing Circles, including one private and three on the Mornington Peninsula. Sheila also offers private spiritual guidance sessions and works with small groups.
In 1990, Sheila began her study of Reiki and became a practitioner in 1994. She achieved Reiki Master status in 1999 and has been teaching since then. Sheila conducts regular Reiki Afternoons (third Saturday of every month) and leads an Outreach Program to support community members in need. Her Reiki courses, including Levels I, II, III, and Masters, are detailed and traditional, with Reiki I and II spanning over eight modules and Level III and Masters over six months, alongside her private practice.
Sheila is also developing a comprehensive study course on Crystals, Colour, and Chakras. She offers Personal and Space Clearing Workshops to enhance positive energy and address any negative influences in homes or with individuals. Her workshops on Sound and Movement are also popular.
An advocate of intuitive writing, Sheila creates Course Notes and Manuals and contributed to The Light Workers Way Magazine and e-Newsletter.
“I am deeply grateful for the support of our talented team of 50+ individuals who make The Light Workers Way a beacon for our community, helping more people engage in their heart work.”

Maureen Mallet

As Manager and Coordinator, Maureen excels in organization and detail. She also serves as the editor of The Light Workers Way Magazine and e-newsletters.
Maureen’s journey began with a family belief in the afterlife and was further inspired by her experiences at Spiritual Churches and Sheila Morgan’s Circle in Mornington. She studied Reiki I and II with Sheila and is an active member of the Thursday afternoon Circle.
When Sheila proposed a Spiritual Day for sharing professional experiences and spiritual connections, Maureen, with her organizational skills, saw its potential and eagerly joined. Though not practicing as a Medium, her talents in organizing and managing have greatly contributed to the community and The Light Workers Way.
Maureen enjoys her role, from coordinating Readers, Healers, and Stall Holders to managing council and advertising relationships. She also edits articles, researches Zodiac information, and oversees the magazine’s publication and printing.
“I’m thrilled with the opportunities this work has brought me. It’s expanded my abilities, allowed me to connect with wonderful people, and reinforced the importance of daily spiritual connection. I believe in the value of our work and the support we provide each other as we navigate this journey together.”
